Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Fresher Engineers who are eager to begin their professional journey in a growth-oriented organization. As a Fresher Engineer, you will undergo structured on-the-job training, work on live projects, and collaborate with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in real-world engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Learning

Participate in orientation, induction, and technical training programs.

Learn about the company’s processes, tools, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Shadow senior engineers and understand real-time engineering challenges.
2. Project Support

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering tasks or projects.

Contribute to design reviews, process evaluations, or testing activities under supervision.

Prepare basic documentation like reports, SOPs, drawings, and presentations.
3. Technical Support

Support troubleshooting activities related to equipment, processes, or systems.

Perform routine inspections, data collection, or basic analyses.

Use CAD tools, ERP software, or development platforms (depending on stream and department).
4. Production / Maintenance / Site Operations (for Core Engineering)

Assist in shop floor or site supervision.

Coordinate with quality control, production, or safety teams to ensure compliance.

Report deviations and recommend improvements where applicable.
5. Software & Coding Tasks (for IT/Computer Engineers)

Participate in software development, testing, or deployment.

Learn programming languages, software tools, and development methodologies used by the company.

Debug and troubleshoot code under the guidance of senior developers.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational needs.

Attend meetings, provide updates, and work toward team targets.

Take feedback positively and work on continuous improvement.
7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of activities, checklists, work logs, and progress reports.

Prepare and update technical documents, status reports, and compliance sheets.

Use Excel, Word, AutoCAD, or other tools to record findings.
