Any UG or PG degree. MBA or BE preferred
Strong Communication skill

Job Description :

Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per the client Job description research new technologies.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths and skills.
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.
