Job Description
Immediate Needs Fresher Human Resource Recruiter
Executing quality end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that business centers are adequately staffed.
Identifying candidates through social media, Job portals, referrals and other sources. Conduct HR round, screen best suitable candidate and line up further interview rounds with management.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Responsible for managing end to end recruitment process.
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Freshers
Salary: 12k to 18k.
