Job Description:
Ø Performs Methods engineering analysis including data analytics, simulation, and time and motion studies.
Ø Used Applied Materials software (Simulation and other propriety applications) to develop models to automated the process of data analytics
Ø Used advanced Excel, R and Python scripting for preparing scoring template and for scoring the customer's data using Applied repositories and FV KB
Ø Participate in productivity improvement studies in related to effective and efficient use of assets and production processes. May provide cost analysis and return on investment calculations associated with project selection.
Ø Measure plant and equipment capacity output.
Ø Supports the identification of equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
