Job Description

We are hiring B.tech Diploma freshers in Baramati plant Bharat Forge Cold forging inhouse job. Free food provided. Accommodation as per candidate budget available. B.tech or Diploma pass : 2025-24-23

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development Support

  • Assist in the preparation of mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.

  • Support the engineering team in developing new products or improving existing machinery and components.

  • Participate in prototype development and testing activities.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

  • Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.

  • Support troubleshooting efforts to diagnose mechanical issues and suggest corrective actions.

  • Help maintain maintenance schedules and equipment logs.

3. Project Assistance

  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and coordination under senior supervision.

  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement.

4. Quality and Safety Compliance

  • Support quality control processes by conducting inspections and tests as per standards.

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines in all engineering activities.

  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
