Job Description

Currently we have vacancies in Medical Coding with our clients who are a very large (employee headcount over 2000 globally) MNC Healthcare BPO headquartered in USA and having offices in India in Chennai & Mumbai. Our clients are amongst the top 1000 fastest growing companies in USA.Our clients are expanding very rapidly in Mumbai and wish to recruit Medical Coders (Freshers & experienced) to be based in Mumbai initially Andheri. They have a highly modern, dynamic style of management.

All positions are for full-time employees who would also be provided different benefits along with a career enhancing opportunity.Selected candidates will be given detail training on medical coding and would be deployed on coding projects related to ICD9/ICD10.

Freshers will be offered an annual salary of Rs.2.00 lakhs. Experienced coders will be offered salary between annual salaries between Rs.2.20 lakhs and 4.20 lakhs depending on capability, knowledge and number of years experience.

Please note:

1. Selected candidates will have to work in shifts by rotation

2. There will be 1-month training. On successful completion of the training, the selected candidates who are Freshers will have to sign a 18-month bond with the company. For Experienced candidates, there will be no bond

3. You will have to come in clean-shaven, formal dress and shoes for the interview

1. Medical Coders-Trainees-Freshers:

a) Individuals who are willing to make their career in Medical Coding industry and are confident enough to grow are welcome

b) Fresh graduates from: Nursing, Biotech, Microbiology, BSc, MSc, BPT, BPharm, MPharm & LifeSciences

c) Must have excellent knowledge of Human Anatomy & Physiology

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

. . Risk Adjustment Coding experience is an added advantage

. Clinical knowledge is an added advantage

. Certification in CPC or CCS is preferred

. Strong knowledge with ICD 9 & CPT codes

. Any life science UG / PG& Para medical (Nurses)
