Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Fresher Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network cabling and devices. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, with a focus on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions while adhering to safety standards. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Cable Installation:
Lay and organize network cables (fiber optic, coaxial, Ethernet) in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Pull, route, and secure cables through conduits, walls, and ceilings.
Device Setup:
Install network devices (routers, switches, modems, CCTV cameras, access points).
Terminate cables with connectors and test for functionality.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Use tools like cable testers to diagnose connectivity issues and ensure optimal performance.
Resolve basic network problems under supervision.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow safety protocols .
Work on ladders, in confined spaces, or outdoors as needed.
Documentation:
Maintain records of installations, diagrams, and test results.
Collaboration:
Assist senior technicians and collaborate with team members/clients.
Tool Maintenance:
Manage and upkeep tools and equipment.
Requirements:
Education: 12th pass, Diploma/Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Technical Skills: Fresher.
Physical Ability: Lift 50+ lbs, work in varied environments (heights, weather).
Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn.
Licenses/Certifications: Fresher.
Preferred: Fresher.
Working Conditions:
Physical: Frequent standing, bending, and lifting. Exposure to outdoor weather.
Travel: All over India travel during anytime of the year.
