Responsibilities and Duties
- Answers telephone.
- Transmits and receives telephone messages and sets up guests’ wake-up calls.
- Need to handle telephonic calls and routing them to concerned departmentDate stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
- Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts. Operates the front office computer system. Makes photocopies if needed.
- Handling visitors
- should have good communication skills
- handling courier, attendance and other admin activities.
- Sorting and recording information and data in system records
