Job Description
- Only Female Candidates with super excellent English can Apply
- Salary would be 20-30K per month
- 6 days working, Timing: 10 AM- 7 PM.
- Age should not be more than 30 years
- HR Screening
- Face-to-Face with the Head
- Final round with the MD.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Greet visitors and guests and direct them to correct point of contact.
- Performs scheduling tasks including calendar coordination; reserve conference rooms and teleconference services
- Perform basic administrative task also interact with partners and compare quotes regarding any arrangement
- Take up any other front desk operations and maintain office supplies
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Additional Information:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels
