Job Description
- Welcoming persons entering our institute.
- Listen to the requirement of the walk in and guide them.
- Count and receive students for the batch.
- Maintain the daily file of appointments and also, inform the concerned staff for the same.
- Attend incoming phone calls, Schedule appointments as per the request of the prospects
- Provide admin and clerical support to the staff as and when required.
- Monitor staff and Students movements in and out of the institute
- handling any events, employee welfare
activities etc
- any other admin work

- Must be having fluency in English
