Front Desk Executive
Job Description
- Greet and guide guests in a friendly and helpful manner, and address queries respectfully, face-to-face or on the telephone
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.
- Maintain employee and department directories to give right directions and instructions
- Make guests feel welcome and comfortable by offering them refreshments and accommodating special requests, whenever possible
- Answer basic queries regarding the business and stay up-to-date on products and services (hours of operation, rates, packages, discounts, offers, etc.)
- Develop detailed knowledge about payment policies, booking, cancellation, centre’s key personnel, services, outlets, etc.
- Understand and use mails, parcels, message delivery, distribution of incoming and outgoing mails or calls according to priority
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and regulations
- Notify housekeeping of all check-ins, check-outs, special requests, etc.
- Record and report any discrepancies or unusual occurrences to on duty Shift Leader.
- Contribute to team efforts by fulfilling related tasks as required.
