JOB DESCRIPTIONHealth and Fitness Receptionist
JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Gym Manager this role will involve acting as the first point of contact for visitors to Evolution Health and Fitness.
You will be responsible for ensuring our members and guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
The post holder will also deal with membership and sales enquiries as well as carry out administrative duties.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

To provide excellent customer service to our members and guests
To deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative duties.
To ensure the gym and dance studio areas are maintained to a high standard during each shift

MAIN DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES

Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests.
Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ensure that all financial transactions are completed in accordance with the Finance Procedures, including security.
Manage the door entry and exit system effectively.
To actively promote and sell the various memberships we have available.
Promote member challenges and initiatives.
Responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our customers whilst using the gym facilities.
To ensure Safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures are being followed
