Job Description
Responsible for data base management for complete life cycle management of CC including exit/Responsible for driving the PMS activity via various PMS cycles and ensure end to end closure/Partner with Field Sales team to drive various data/info collection activities/Responsible for providing App access to all new joinees daily and resolve APP related queries/Drive CC transfer/shuffling activity and Be the SPOC for any support/concern/education/Design and publish various trackers for better database management and analysis/Drive hub level productivity schemes and other HR retention schemes/Responsible for complete HR engagement activity design delivery and measurement/Design and drive the knowledge sharing process/Should be good with excel macros and data handling as the role requires a lot of MIS work publishing weekly monthly reports as and when required/Be the support and shadow the regional HR for all transactions and activities/UPSDM Management/Prepare and PublishAttendanceAttritionAbsenteeism Tracker..
