Job Description

•    Maintain the Professional appearance near the front desk area.
•    Meeting and greeting clients
•    Maintaining in records
•    Arranging couriers.
•    Keeping the reception area tidy.
•    Answering and forwarding phone calls.
•    Inbound /out bound calls
•    Sorting of all calls for education, immigration to different teams
•    Attendance to be maintained
•    Daily Accounts need to entered.
•    Assisting the maid and tell her duties to be maintained everyday.
•    Make sure the office is tidy everyday
•    Arranging all the documents of every student or a client either for education or immigration in CRM Records in respective folders.
•    Scanning of all official documents and files of both the departments.
•    Keeping records of all clients
•    All admin work need to be done
•    Timings 10:00 -7:00pm
