Duty Hours: 12
Shift: Rotational
Qualification: BHM Degree / Diploma
Experience: 2-5 years or more
Salary: Based on Qualification , experience and interview process
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive is the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service during guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and throughout the stay. The role requires excellent communication, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- · Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, following standard procedures
- · Manage room reservations through phone, email, or in person
- · Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS). Should have knowledge in using hotel software and booking portals like MMT, Cleartrip, Goibibo, Makemytrip etc.
- · Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints
- · Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest service
- · Handle billing, payments, and cashiering activities
- · Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, presentable, and organized
- · Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
- · Promote hotel services and amenities, upsell rooms and packages
- · Assist in emergency situations and follow safety procedures
- · Should be ready to perform assigned tasks under any circumstances
- · When need should be able to help other departments to reach their day - to-day assigned goals.
- Should be able to perform in team-work.
