Welcome and greet walk-in visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner

Handle front desk operations including calls, messages, walk-in registrations, and student inquiries

Manage visitor logs, appointments, and student counseling schedules

Provide accurate information about study abroad services and guide to the right department

Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and stationery management

Coordinate with counselors, telecallers, and the application team for smooth office functioning

Any graduate (freshers encouraged to apply)

Excellent verbal communication and polite demeanor

Fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi preferred

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)
