We are looking for Female front office executive with 0 to 2 Years of experience having Admin knowledge who can conduct front office duties in accordance with company policies & processes:

· Handle all Reception / Front office activities.
· Responsible for administrative tasks
· Knowledge of mail and excel.
· Preparing interview list
· Take approval from admin, CEO, Secretary for interview of members
· Resolving Guest Queries & make sure they are comfortable
· Smart with good communication
· Fill all properly and updating in system
· Presentable & pleasing personality
· Knowledge of Marketing ( Added Advantage )
· Knowledge on Sales ( Added Advantage )
