Job Description
Responsibilities:
Attending and receiving incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Maintaining visitors register and contact lists.
Greeting clients/visitors courteously and making them comfortable while waiting at the reception.
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the building to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.
Manage the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security, parking and general building maintenance while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Handling dispatch & receipts of couriers; keeping their records in register.
Managing office supplies inventory.
Other assignments given by supervisor.

Should possess a presentable personality
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Task oriented
Good teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Reliable, adaptable and self-motivated
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a high priority
Degree in any field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance
