Job Description

Front Desk Executive Receptionist will be the first point of contact for a company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue and collect visitor’s biometrics)
Update calendars and schedule meeting.
Greet and assist gym members with a friendly demeanor
Provide information about fitness programs and services
Handle gym inquiries and resolve member issues
Manage gym's reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
Assist with membership registrations and payments
