We have an immediate opening for Front Desk Executive!!!
Job Description:
* Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
* Welcoming clients & ensuring they receive attention in a timely & friendly manner
* Greet, answer calls and queries; also through telephone, or via mail by following the code of security practices
* Handle and direct visitors within the premises as needed
* Ensure security of the premises by maintaining the log book
* Maintain and organize the entire front office area well
* Perform clerical duties like photocopying, filing, etc.
* Manage all inbound and outbound mails and calls.
* Maintain inward/ outward registers
* Proficient in MS Office
* Ability to organize and conduct client visits and travel arrangements
* Ensuring that all relevant records are updated in a timely manner
* Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management
Skills & Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Well groomed Female with pleasing personality
* Ability to work under Pressure and manage multiple tasks in a calm manner
* Organizational knowledge

Salary: Based on Performance and Experience
