- He/she is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient end-to-end processing of applications to our clients.
- Admin and sales assistance to the counselors.
- Follow up leads and contacts to maximize student applications submitted and finalize enrolments, data entry, and manage files.
- Managing reception occasionally including responding to and redirecting queries where required.
- Attend to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Education
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in the international education industry.
- Strong Communication skills (oral and written) Proficiency with Microsoft Office environment, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel
