You'll:

• Oversee check-in/out, ensure smooth operations, and maintain accurate records.

• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Show new guests around the hostel, creating a positive first impression (within the first 5 minutes!).

• Be a quick learner, adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for hospitality.

Requirements

• Hospitality experience with a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse audience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in hospitality software (a plus).

• Flexibility for various shifts.

• Fluency in English (regional language preferred).
