For the post of Front Desk Office HR:
Company is looking for candidate with immediate effect as below:
Experienced: 1 to 2 years
Salary: rupees 9000/- to rupees 12000/
Qualification: HS
Front Desk Office HR role combines traditional receptionist duties with administrative support for the Human Resources department. This role handles front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering calls, while also assisting with HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
· Front Desk Management:
· Greet visitors and provide general information.
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
· HR Support:
· Assist with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
· Support onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation programs.
· Maintain HR records, including employee files and databases.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing documents and updating databases.
· Administrative Tasks:
· Manage appointment scheduling and calendars.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
· Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Skills Required:
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
· Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Office timing 9:30 till 7:30 normally.
