Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.

Respond to general inquiries about clinic services, hours of operation, and policies.

Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.

Insurance and Billing Support:

Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments at the time of service.

Provide basic information about insurance coverage and billing procedures.
