Front Desk Receptionist
Job description
Job Responsibilities-
Managing the front desk and day to day admin operations
Providing exceptional customer service to all members, non-members, and users of the facility
Managing the enrolment process for new members and assisting current members with their queries
Managing registrations, member database, inventory, and stock keeping of products
Providing information on classes and availability
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
Recording and maintaining an accurate record of all queries and complaints and ensuring it is resolved by the relevant department
Book-keeping and maintaining accounts at the end of each shift
Soft skills required
Friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality
Cooperative, positive and optimistic
Soft and gentle with good people management skills
Presentable, well dressed, comfortable in the Indian dressing
Excellent follow-up skills
Basic numeracy skills
Ability to enjoy working with a diverse range of people
Able to project self-confidence in own abilities
Ready to give themselves all hours
Organized and comfortable working with systems. Gets tasks done.
Attends and completes all tasks
Good communication skills and command of English
