Job Description
Should handle the telephone calls and transfer the line to the concern department / persons, Manage the EPABX system, FAX etc. Maintain the courier records and deliver the letters by care taker to the concern department/person, Keep the records of every inquiry and take the feedback from the sales person. Weekly feedback report of the inquiry.
