Front desk - Receptionist: 2 years (Required)

We are currently seeking a highly competent and customer-oriented Front desk - Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Neo Cosmos Immigration, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Front desk - Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our immigration services, policies, and procedures.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews for clients and staff.
Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
Assist with organizing company events, workshops, and seminars.
Conduct research and provide assistance in preparing reports and presentations.
Provide occasional driving services for company-related tasks, such as picking up clients or delivering documents.

Requirements
Age: 20years to 25 years
Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of professionalism.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
Familiarity with immigration processes and policies is an advantage.
