WeddingsOnly is looking for experienced, talented, and high performing developers who are looking to work at an early stage startup building something great and impactful. We have a fastgrowing customer base. A key to success in this role is balancing getting things out the door in the short term and strategizing how we scale in the longterm. We want someone with the ability to strike that balance while working incredibly hard to understand our customers and 'WOW' them in the process.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with design and product teams to create a highly functional web product
• Create efficient and reusable front-end systems to drive our web application and marketplace
• Design and implement SEO strategies for user acquisition
• Must be able to execute on your own roadmap rapidly and iteratively
• Participate in product releases and code reviews
• Delegate and mentor junior team members to ensure performance and goals are achieved
• Constantly explore and communicate front-end best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of experience working with a modern frontend framework (React and Angular)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Sass), and basic ES6 JavaScript
• Strong grasp of React/Redux application design and development.
• The design and implementation of REST APIs.

• Fluency in an established frontend Javascript framework. React or Angular a plus.
• Experience with SEO, webapp, and/or data analytics
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility and the ability to debug issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively towards individual goals
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, frequently changing and evolving environment (prior startup experience is a plus)
• Good written/verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
