Job Description
- Hands on knowledge of designing and development using HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, XML and JSON.
- Hands on experience with Material Design concepts and Bootstrap framework.
- Understanding and experience with principles behind user experience, web navigation,mobile design, current design trends, cross-browser and platform compatibility issues.
- Good technical SEO knowledge, including conducting site audits and resolution of crawl and indexation issues, sitemap optimization, etc.
- Prior experience with consumer-facing products is a important.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML / CSS / Javascript practices.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to build great UI experience.
- Identify, Initiate, and spearhead major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience.
- Create technical documentation relating to beautiful design and awesome code.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work closely with product management, engineering and customer to build the very best products possible and to continuously improve best practices and the SDLC.
- Must have portfolio showcasing examples of your UI/UX work.
