We are looking for a person who can bring our creative things to life with code. Not just a designer. Not just a programmer. Someone who marries those two hugely valuable talents into one brilliant person.
The opportunity here is to come in and run our digital/website practice. You’ll work hand in hand with our creative directors, copywriters, and (when needed) designers. You’ll guide the UI/UX, help design the pages, offer feedback on current best practices, have an opinion, be able to fix stupid techy glitches that no one else understands, and be an outstanding personality in the room (or screen) when we meet with clients.
Our boutique agency works across a handful of industries for companies large and small. Our position is that we treat our clients like partners, not paychecks. More often than not, we go beyond what’s asked for during projects. We do not work with egos. We are not the fanciest, but we work hard to be the best for our clients.
About You

- Enjoy architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems
What you’ll need:
- Experience with relevant web frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js or similar
- Strong software development skills in modern Javascript (ES 6)
- Expert command of HTML5, CSS3, and the HTML DOM API, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and practices
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and working on multiple projects when necessary
