Job Description:
- Provide hands-on support and backfill as required to augment available resources within the organization
- Establish and maintain an incident management process that effectively mitigates customer impact, provides regular communication within the organization, promptly establishes root cause and identifies and implements corrective actions that reduce future risk
- Maintain and enforce a security policy that protects the company and its assets from internal and external threats and vulnerabilities and ensures the integrity of its data
- Establish and maintain a change management process that minimizes customer impact through careful planning, rigorous testing and diligent documentation
- Identify opportunities for improvement through regular reviews of IT processes and implement approved changes.
- Manage vendor relationships to procure and maintain products and services from them that are in line with our own objectives for up-time, efficiency and performance
- Actively manage the cost of all infrastructures to ensure spending is within budget and show initiative in finding opportunities to reduce cost further.
