Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Front Line Sales Executive to join our sales team. As the first point of contact between the company and potential customers, your primary responsibility is to generate sales, build customer relationships, and promote the company’s products or services at the ground level. You will play a critical role in growing our business by driving sales, increasing market reach, and delivering outstanding customer service in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition and Sales:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, or leads provided by the company.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain pricing, features, and benefits.

Close sales and meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
2. Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide excellent after-sales service, including follow-ups, handling customer queries, and assisting with basic troubleshooting.

Act as a customer advocate and channel feedback to the relevant departments.
3. Territory and Market Coverage:

Visit retailers, resellers, or end customers regularly within an assigned territory.

Ensure proper visibility of products at store level (if B2B/FMCG/retail-related).

Identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in the market.
4. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain records of daily visits, customer interactions, leads, conversions, and collections.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the sales manager or CRM platform.

Assist with inventory checks or delivery follow-ups when needed.
5. Promotional Activities:

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, local events, and product launches.

Distribute promotional materials like brochures, product samples, and catalogues.

Assist in conducting surveys or customer feedback sessions as per company needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:

Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Diploma.

Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience:

Prefer experience in direct sales, retail sales, or field sales roles.

Freshers with good communication and a strong desire to build a career in sales are welcome.
