We are a largest renowned fruits & vegetables retail chain with more than 50 stores across south India with rapid expansion plans. Looking for a Front office & Admin executive to work in our corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
Front Office Management, Attendance Management
Leaves Management, Vendor Management
Inventory Management, Safety and Security
Attending the visitors and maintaining the registry
Handling the calls and meetings log sheet
Look after the safety and security
Handling in-ward and out-ward courier and maintain a registry
Coordinate with all the departments and perform document management
Maintain keys and files.
Should have a pleasant personality and courteous towards attending the customers.
Experience and Skills
Should have min 6 years of experience in working in a corporate environment.
Should be a graduate with decent communication.
Should be living in a friendly commuting distance.
Should have familiarity in using MS Office and able to read and write emails.
