Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE
This position acts as the primary point of contact for all office administration tasks. Additionally, this individual will be the “face of the office” and be the first person to welcome guests and visitors to the office.
Principal Responsibilities
Whilst your day to day activities will vary to meet your Rolls Mission, KPIs and the operational requirements of the job, we envisage the following key activities being required to achieve success in the position;
The office manager will be responsible for handling the Reception desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming telephone calls, ensuring adequate office and stationary supplies, arranging and receiving couriers, arranging event catering.
The position will also be responsible for managing the office administrative duties, including the management and coordination of internal communications, mail, and to provide day to day administrative support to Mumbai office and employees therein.

- Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the office.
- Answer and handle incoming calls for Brennan IT
- Receive, Record and Distribute deliveries appropriately.
- Ensure appropriate security procedures are followed for visitors
- Event organisation - Training events. Staff events.
- Organise supplies and catering.
- Arrange venue / room and equipment set up and clean up.
- Send out and follow up Invitations. Communicate with management, staff and clients re: all event arrangements.
- Asset Management
- Other duties as required

- 5+ years of experience in office administration
- A proven track record in office administration role.

This role requires the following Qualifications;
- Graduation (in any stream)
- Administrative/Office management experience

- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
