Job Description

Customer Responsibilities:
  • To Create Loyal and Satisfied Customer.
  • To Increase Guest Satisfaction.
  • To increase guest memorable experiences .\
  • To Take Guest Feedback personally and update in system.
Operation Responsibilities:
  • To Fill Front Office Operational Forms and Report on Time.
  • To Perform Checkin and Checkout timely.
  • To Check Arrival and update rooming as per Manager Report.
  • To Check reservations and Update in the PMS.
  • To Handle Phone at Reception and handle and respond Customer queries.
  • To maintain work place hygiene 
Growth and Development Responsibilities:
  • To perform all operational Task and reports on time.
  • To attend Training and Complete certification to improve efficiency and quality.
