- Any graduate with proven experience in handling Front Office desk
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Should sound polite over the Phone calls and Greeting visitors
- Responsible for handling Calls, clerical duties, Customer feedback, Time sheet Management, follow-up on Daily Sales reports & and other duties as assigned time-to-time.
- Must have excellent (verbal and written) communications and people skills
- Proficient in Computers especially Word, Power point and Excel.
- Efficient in time management and Multi-tasking.
- Maintain strict timelines on reporting.
- Perceptive and disciplined.
- Preferably a Female candidate.
