A leading Export Company in West Delhi dealing in Packaging for Food and Beverage Industries requires 'Office Coordinator / Executive Assistant/ Front desk Executive/ Secretary'. Female candidates required with good communication skills, computer proficiency, pleasing personality, positive attitude and team spirit.
Job Description:1. Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions2. Attending phone calls and replying with clarity in smooth manner having good English3. Email Support to clients and various office departments4. Coordinating with internal team for support and approval5. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems6. Documentation and maintain data in Excel sheets7. Applying online visa, booking flight tickets through internet.
Requirements:
1, Any Post graduate/Graduate with experience in office coordination. Fresh Post Graduates / Graduates with regular college and good academic records can also apply2. Candidate must have pleasing personality. Female candidate required3. Should be excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word & power point. Excellent communication skills and good English4. Highly organized and good administration ability5. Excellent customer service and coordination skills6. Hard working, self-motivated, honest and dedicated
Experience: 0-5 years; Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates can also apply Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
