We are working in domain of Home loans and Loan against Property. Looking for suitable candidates, Matured and experienced candidates are preferred.
Job location will be Lal Kuna, Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, students, or patients in a polite and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Monitor and manage the front office operations and visitor flow.

2. Telephone and Communication Handling:

  • Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take messages accurately.

  • Make outgoing calls to follow up on appointments, feedback, or confirmations.

  • Respond to emails, chat inquiries, and other forms of front desk communication.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients, students, or patients as per departmental availability.

  • Maintain and update the appointment or booking calendar regularly.

  • Inform concerned staff about appointments, meetings, or visitor arrivals.

4. Visitor and Client Support:

  • Maintain a visitor logbook or digital visitor management system.

  • Issue visitor passes (if applicable) and direct guests to appropriate meeting rooms or departments.

  • Handle walk-in inquiries, provide brochures, and answer basic service or program-related questions.

5. Administrative and Clerical Support:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier or postal mail.

  • Maintain front office files, records, and inventory of office supplies.

  • Assist other departments in photocopying, filing, or basic data entry tasks.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Communicate messages, updates, or tasks to appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Act as a liaison between clients/students/visitors and internal staff.

  • Assist HR/Admin team with onboarding support and document verification.

7. Record Maintenance and Reporting:

  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment registers, and inquiry records accurately.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly front desk activity reports for management.

  • Support in compiling feedback or satisfaction forms if required.
