Job Description

Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.

Front Office Management

  1. Reception Duties

    • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

    • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls or emails to appropriate departments.

    • Maintain visitor logs, issue entry passes, and ensure reception area is clean and presentable.

  2. Customer Service

    • Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and emails.

    • Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and facilities.

    • Ensure that all guests and clients are attended to promptly and professionally.

  3. Scheduling and Coordination

    • Manage appointment bookings for staff and management.

    • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and ensure proper arrangements for visitors.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation when required.

Administrative Support

  1. Documentation and Filing

    • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of records.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, letters, and courier services.
