Lead Generation Counselling through Data Calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in.
Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins
Calling on given leads
Taking care of stationary items
Office maintenance Couriers
Tracking Notice board
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English/Kannada
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Welcome visitors and guests with pleasing personality
Provide administrative services.
Maintenance of Attendance
Open to work on Sundays, Open for rotational offs (one week off in a week, not necessarily on a Sunday)
