Job Description

Front Office Executive/ Administrative Officer cum Facilities Manager/ Project Assistant job vacancies in Kerala Startup Mission

Administrative Officer cum Facilities Manager

Qualification :  a) Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. b) He/she should have minimum 5 year’s experience in a similar position. He/she should have sound knowledge of Admin and facilities management.  Knowledge in Accounts/Finance will be added advantage. c) Recently retired officers from Govt/PSUs/R&D Institution/ Ex-service person with above profile also may apply

Remuneration : Rs.40,000 per month (consolidated) depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

Age Limit :  Maximum up to 58  years as on 31.06.2019

Project Assistant, IT

No. of Post :  1

Qualification :   Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience. Experience in working with IT teams of Govt. Organisations will be preferred.

Salary :  Consolidated salary is Rs. 22000/- per month plus other emoluments like mobile bill, medical reimbursements, health insurance (for Rs. 2 lakhs) and conveyance support.

Age Limit :  Below 38 years as on 01/07/2019

Front Office Executive

Qualification :  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.   Good knowledge of MS office.   Ability to solve problems, take initiatives and plan the tasks. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Candidates should have minimum 1 years’ experience as Front office executive or equivalent. Candidates with experience in administrative and clerical procedures will be given weightage.   Candidates having formal training in Front Office Management will be given weightage.    Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).  Professional attitude and appearance

Salary :   Consolidated salary is Rs. 20,000/- per month plus other emoluments like mobile bill, medical reimbursements, health insurance (for Rs. 2 lakhs) and conveyance support.
