Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining Attendance, Inward & Outward Registers
- Responsible for receiving couriers and dispatching couriers
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Responsible for handling Front office reception and administration duties, including Greeting Clients, Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
