Operations
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and addressing their queries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining patient’s information and department directories giving instructions.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Monitor admission and discharge of patients
- Provide cash/ credit/ corporate billing and discount information to patients.
- To deal with complaints and give accurate information
- Arrangement of ambulance for patients & doctors for picking up and dropping
- Handling petty cash and documenting the same.
- Responsible for taking admissions and maintaining admission registers.
- Make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while in the premises.
- To maintain the records of all telephone nos. as well as ext. of different departments
Customer
- Resolve all problems associated with patient billing if any.
- Responsible for explaining the patient about discounts in the bills and handling cancellation of bills.
- Answering all incoming calls and addressing their inquiries.
- To ensure proper housekeeping arrangements and other facilities on day to day basis.
- Expected Deliverables
- Front office administration.
- Maintaining inward & outward registers.
- Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients.
- Telephone operations ensuring immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls.
