Salary – 6000 per month

Should be Graduate with any Stream

Job Description:

1.      Handling inbound calls Handling Front office &day to day admin activities in the office.

2.      Handling Reception Guests.

3.      Arranging outbound calls for senior management (as & when required or asked for).

4.      Maintain records of all visitors’ and their interactions.

5.      Resolving customer issues with expediency.

6.      Prepare letters and documents.

7.      Keep track of the office stationary and place order according to requirements after approval.

8.      Ordering and monitoring stationary stocks for all the departments

9.      Coordination with different departments to resolve queries/tasks assigned and distributing inward documents to different departments.

10.  Taking care of travel requests of higher management (car hire, flights / hotel bookings).

11.  Handling Cafeteria & housekeeping staff.

12.  Maintaining records of Couriers both Inward and outward

13.  Coordinating with the vendors and maintaining their bill/records and handover to HR department for checking.

14.  Handling any task assigned by seniors viz. data management, coordination, etc
