Front Office Executive
Job Description
- To maintain incoming correspondences/materials and ensure distribution of all such item on timely basis.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, always adopting a professional and welcoming manner.
- Distributing the access cards to the employees for proper mobility within the office premises and updatingthe same in the system/software.
- Report lost and found articles within office premises and safeguarding till handed over to the genuineowner after verification.
- To examine fire safety materials & first aid kit and distribute on need basis.
- Maintaining Leave & Attendance recordHousekeeping:
- To maintain the overall office facility/premises/Pantry in good and hygienic condition.
- To plan long and short time maintenance needs.
- Ensure to inspect facility at regular intervals to ensure zero wastage of resources and cleanliness.Vendor Management:
- Responsible for maintaining, distributing and efficient replenishment of all stationery and office supplies
- Maintain stationary tracker and reimbursement bills on regular basis.
- Identify & Coordinate with the vendors for the negotiations and quality checks of the products procured forthe office.
