We are looking for a fresh/experienced enthusiastic proactive person to join our team.
Job role: Front office executive
Job responsibilities:
1. Greet, communicate and to welcome guests.

2. Answer all the customer questions and their complaints.

3. Answer all the incoming calls and redirect them when needed.

4. Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination.

5. Prepare and manage outgoing calls.

6. Click, sort and forward mails.

7. Monitor office supplies.

8. Monitor supply order when needed.

9. Monitor and update records and files.10. Monitor and log office expenses and costs.
Job requirements:
1. Female candidates only can apply for this job.

2. Should be a graduate.

3. Bachelor's degree is highly prefered.

4. Candidates in and around omr, Velachery, Medavakkam, Guindy and Adyar are highly preferred.
Work location: Chennai
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
