Front Office Executive
Responsibilities:-
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at Dance Studio
- Provide basic and accurate information about Dance courses & Class timings in-person and via phone.
- Schedule zoom meetings for Online Classes and update customers thru WhatsApp
- Customer follow-up calls & New student enrollment, control student drop
- Maintain records of …office expenses, costs, fees collection, Dance Students basic data collection, Excel update, Student’s strength data, attendance
- Fee’s receipt preparation & Ontime fees collection.
- Students dance Video editing (in mobile application) and posting on social media
- Collecting social media reviews (Eg. Google review, Instagram follow-up) & testimonials from Parents & students Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role, Good attitude fresher also welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, Word)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when customer complaints
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Monday to Thursday & Sunday - 11:00 am - 07:00 pm
- Sunday - 09:00 am - 01:30 pm
- Friday - OFF
