Job Description
We are looking for energetic and motivated female candidates for the position of “Front Office Executive”
Job responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls (incoming & outgoing)
- Receive guests.
- Upkeep of Reception
- Handling courier, letters etc maintaining record of them
- Maintaining database
- Coordination with Admin department for other day to day activities.
- Maintaining records and the other necessary information of the employees in excel.
- Assisting in Event Management & Meetings.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to Requests.
- Willing to joint field visits with team members for exposure and learning.
- Qualification: 12th / Graduation
- Experience: We are looking for candidates having 01 years of experience, however, freshers are equally encouraged to apply.
- Salary: The remuneration package will be in the range of 12,000 – 15,000 per month with additional benefits as per rules of the organization.
