Job Description

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitorbadges.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
Main tain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of Interview Schedules
Respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Assist in other Admin Works like Lunch arrangements to visitors,
Having good written and verbal communication abilities
Being polite, courteous and well organized
Having high attention to details
Being able to priorities workload
Check arrivals and departures of the day
Check log book for guest & arrivals , any other information relating to guest
Checking / booking rooms prior to guest arrival. Checking emails on outlook and reply appropriately
Coordinating with all departments for smooth flow of Front office operations.
Arrange the airport pick up / drop according to flight details (if required and prepare any special request)
To ensure maximum safety and security of the guests, employees, and properties at all time in accordance with company policy and environmental protection and safety, technical guideline
Work Timings - 10am to 5 pm
Shift : General
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Week Off : Saturday and Sunday
