Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE/POSITION
- Managing Reception Area including welcoming Visitors / Guests.
- Attend incoming and outgoing call and transfer calls to various departments.
- Received and assisted clients to correct destinations; office, or meeting rooms.
- Maintain all Stationery Items, Pantry Items and Housekeeping Items stock record.
- Maintain register of Inward and Outward courier record and distribute to all employees.
- Maintain all Vendors Bills and Cheque record.
- Coordinating with the Pantry and Housekeeping Department.
- Providing all the stationery item to new employees.
- Preparation of MIS Report.
